Canvas support

Canvas is an iPhone and iPad photo frame. No login is required for the Apple Photos workflow or the included Landscapes, Cityscapes, and Abstract albums.

Before reporting a problem

1. Confirm that Canvas has access to the intended Photos albums in iOS Settings, or choose an included album such as Landscapes if you do not want to grant Photos access.
2. Refresh the selected albums in Canvas and retry playback.
3. For Google Photos, repeat the supported Picker flow and confirm the selected items before tapping Done.

Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Canvas version, and reproduction steps. Do not include private photos, OAuth tokens, or credentials.
